Just to let everyone know, I’ll be headlining a reading event in Pittsburgh on Sunday, May 29th, from 12pm-2pm. The event is called “Storytime at Fleeting Pages,” and it will take place at Fleeting Pages, which is this awesome “pop-up bookstore” that is running out of the former site of Borders in East Liberty. The address is 5986 Penn Circle South, Pittsburgh PA. I don’t think the event is on the calendar there yet, but the flyers are up and it’s definitely a go.
Come join me as I read my Tales of Midlandia picture book, The Pirate Koostoe. I’ll also be sharing an exclusive sneak-peek of my forthcoming novel, Latasha and the Little Red Tornado. In addition, I’ll have some fellow children’s book lovers joining me to read some of their favorite storybooks. The event is geared toward ages 5-12, and is free to all. Cookies afterward!
(By the way, if you’re interested in reading one of your favorites, let me know. There’s still room on the roster!)
